Johhny's Grant Rules

Last updated: 17 Sep 2023

Contractual Considerations:

Monitoring Compliance and Dispute Resolution:

  1. Regular Check-Ins: Grant recipients will have regular check-ins with a designated community representative to discuss their contributions, progress, and any challenges they may face.
  2. Submission of Work: All contributions (e.g., blog posts, graphics, workshop materials) must be submitted by specified deadlines for review and approval.
  3. Community Engagement Tracking: Participation in community forums, discussions, and events will be monitored to ensure active engagement.
  4. Feedback and Evaluation: Recipients will receive periodic feedback on their contributions and may be asked to participate in evaluations to assess the impact of their work within the community.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. Initial Resolution: Any disputes or concerns related to the grant, contributions, or community involvement should be addressed directly with the designated community representative.
  2. Formal Complaint Process: If the issue cannot be resolved informally, a formal complaint may be submitted in writing to the community's leadership team. The complaint should detail the nature of the dispute, any relevant evidence, and the desired resolution.
  3. Investigation and Decision: The leadership team will conduct a thorough investigation, which may include interviews with involved parties, a review of submitted materials, and consultation with legal or professional advisors if necessary. A decision will be made based on the findings, and all parties will be notified in writing.
  4. Appeal Process: If a party is dissatisfied with the decision, they may submit a written appeal within a specified time frame. The appeal will be reviewed by an independent committee or mediator, and their decision will be final.

Note: Compliance with these provisions is essential to maintaining the integrity and success of the Johnny’s Canvas Grant program. Failure to comply with the expectations, guidelines, or dispute resolution process may result in termination of the grant and forfeiture of associated benefits.
